conceptual intent

Redemption preserves itself in a small crack in the continuum of catastrophe.

Walter Benjamin expressed these thoughts in his writing on history, memory and time. This quote suggests that amidst unfolding catastrophe or chaos, there will also always be a continuous spark of redemption or hope. This redemption may be small, subtle and not immediately apparent, yet it endures - Redemption is resilient as it is preserved in the “small crack” to eventually break free to allow the potential for positive change or redemption.

Are you present?

We are living in a vast, overwhelming continuum of challenging times - of uncertainties, content collapse, information abundance - generative everything. Our presence is fractured, constantly digitally connected and yet placeless. This prototype **is an attempt to create a **“Spatial Programming Language” which is a subtle visual signal, suggesting to reengage with collective connectivity and one’s space and time, to eventually embrace the potential of ones presence and placefulness.
